  The ATM didn't dispense my cash yesterday. It was my rent money and my daughters birthday was the next day. I needed the cash that was in my account for her birthday and other things to live. I work for a living so I don't have alot of money. I ended up talking to the manager who assured me my money would be back in my account that same day. I drew my rent money out agian with the bank manager and on his word that the money the ATM didn't give me would be back in my account I paid my rent. The money as of now was not put back in my account so I have nothing to give my daughter for her birthday and barely enough money to get gas and eat. The bank manager actually promised me this would happen. I believe he lied to me to get me out of the bank knowing Monday is Columbus day and he wouldn't have to deal with me agian till Tuesday at least. I'll be closing my account because I was lied to. I have family with alot more money than me in first Tennessee and I hope to persuade them to do the same.Because their ATM malfunctioned it ruined mine and my daughters day. and my whole weekend. it's not right that they can basically hold my money from me because a machine on their property isn't working. Most of all the manager shouldn't lie to the customer. If possible I would avoid the bank all together but absolutely the fort Henry branch.
